I placed my order, now what?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order and order number. All Luni pieces are made to order, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be ready to ship. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Any questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number as a reference.
Do I need a Paypal account to shop for Luni?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. We generally start processing our orders 2-4 hours within your order time, so please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase; any price difference will be invoiced to you.
How do I polish and store my Luni jewelry?
We recommend storing your Luni jewelry in the jewelry box and the anti-tarnish tissue provided with your order. You can also store your jewelry in an air-tight container or bag. Proper storage helps to prevent scratching of stones and metal. It is best to keep jewelry away from extreme heat or moisture. Be careful not to place heavy objects on top of your jewelry during storage, and be gentle when putting on or removing your jewelry. To ensure your jewelry is not crushed during storage, please store it in the Luni jewelry box shipped with your jewelry.

Yes! Half pairs of earrings are half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping. Please email us at email@example.com to order an earring pair.

Luni does do custom pieces, and we love it! If there is a Luni item that you would like to modify or need an extravagant, unique Luni piece that no one else will have, then we can make it happen.
